• Initial email invitation to the other party 
• Two (2) individual intake and safety screening sessions 
• Half day mediation (up to 3 hours) 

Total Package Fee: $1,490.00

Email Invitation to Other Party – $140.00
Includes preparation and sending of invitation with relevant information
Additional invitations – $70.00 per email

Pre-Mediation Intake & Safety Screening – $200.00 per person

Half Day Mediation (up to 3 hours) – $850.00
May be conducted as Child Inclusive Mediation
(Shared equally: $425.00 per person)

Full Day Mediation (up to 6 hours) – $1,400.00
(Shared equally: $700.00 per person)

Consultation with Qualified Child Consultant – $250.00
(Shared equally: $125.00 per person)

Child Inclusive Mediation is available where appropriate and agreed.

Drafting of Mediation Outcomes – $250.00
(Shared equally: $125.00 per person)

Additional emails, calls or messages – $70.00 per item
(Shared equally: $35.00 per person)

Issued following mediation – $270.00

Issued where the other party declines to participate – $370.00
(After invitation has been prepared and sent)

• Online, telephone and shuttle mediation options are available 
• Room hire (where required) is approximately $120.00, depending on location 
• Child Consultant mediation fees are as outlined above

Parenting Plans – $695.00

Consent Orders (Parenting or Property) – $1,000.00

Consent Orders can be prepared for matters in both Queensland and New South Wales.

All Parenting Plans and Consent Orders are typically drafted within two (2) working days of receiving final instructions.

• Fixed fee structure with no hidden costs 
• Drafting of documents reflecting agreements reached by both parties 
• Preparation suitable for submission to the Court (where applicable) 
• Guidance regarding additional documentation required to formalise agreements 
• Extensive experience in both financial agreements and parenting arrangements

All fees are required to be paid seven (7) days prior to any scheduled Family Dispute Resolution or mediation session.

• Mediation sessions may be rescheduled at no cost where at least seven (7) days’ notice is provided 
• Refunds are available where cancellation occurs at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled mediation 
• Cancellations made within five (5) days of the scheduled mediation are non-refundable
