Invitation to other party to attend Family Dispute Resolution Email Invitation - includes particulars and relevant information $100. Additional emails $50.00 per email. 

•  Pre- mediation intake and safety screening - $200 per person 

• Half day Mediation - Up to three hours $850 Can be Child Inclusive.

 (shared equally by the parties; this equates to $400 per person)

• Consultation with Qualified Child Consultant prior to Child Inclusive Mediation - $200.00

(shared equally by the parties; this equates to $100 per person)

• Full day Mediation - $1200 Up to six hours 

(shared equally by the parties; this equates to $600 per person) 

• Drafting of Mediation Outcomes with discussed options $250.00 (shared equally by the parties; this equates to $125.00 per person). Additional emails as required $150.00 per email (shared equally by the parties; this equates to $75.00 per person). 

•  Issue of 60(i) certificate - $170.00 Available on request, after Mediation has been completed.

• Issue of 60(i) certificate - $270.00 Available on request, after Invitation to other party has been drafted and sent and other party declines to participate in Mediation.

• Online, phone and shuttle mediation available, the above rates apply.

• Room Hire costs - Depending on location approximate cost $120.

• Child Consultant Mediation - Fees are as outlined above. 

- Parenting Plans $595

- Financial Agreement or Parenting Order $1200.

- Consent Orders in both Queensland and NSW

· Financial Agreement or Parenting Plan's drafted within two working days

- Fixed Fees

- Draft orders for both parties – can be completed

- Advice regarding additional forms, necessary for formalising Agreements with the Court

- Exceptional experience in Financial Agreement and Parenting Plans
