FAMILY MEDIATION SERVICES OFFERED

 Excellence in Mediation provides family mediation services as an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, offering a neutral and supportive space to assist parents in resolving conflict.

Through a structured and facilitated process, participants are supported to communicate effectively and make informed decisions about future parenting arrangements and matters relating to their children.

The focus is on promoting the best interests of the children while supporting parents to reach practical, respectful and sustainable agreements.

   Excellence in Mediation provides specialist, impartial mediation services to support individuals in resolving family and property disputes.

Through a structured and facilitated process, participants are supported to manage conflict, communicate effectively, and make informed decisions about future arrangements relating to property, financial assets, liabilities and associated matters.

The focus is on achieving practical, fair and sustainable outcomes that allow all parties to move forward with clarity and confidence.

If both parties have reached agreement in relation to parenting and/or financial and property arrangements, those outcomes can be formalised through the preparation of Consent Orders.

Once completed, an Application for Consent Orders can be submitted to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia to formalise the agreement, making it legally binding.

Consent Orders may also be used to vary or discharge existing Family Law Orders where circumstances have changed.
